For manufacturing complex components according to drawings we have 8 machining centres available. The machines are all equipped with an integrated pallet pool for setting up in parallel with production time. Our flexible NC programming is computer-assisted and uses a collision monitoring system which ensures maximum process reliability. We offer traverses of up to 2000 mm along the X-axis, 1100 mm along the Y-axis and 1000 mm along the Z-axis, for maximum item weights of 2.5 t. The pallet pools with a capacity of up to 16 pallets are partially interlinked, whereby the machining sequence is computer controlled.
