With our series 2000 cylinders we offer you Neuson factory-standard, non-damped standard cylinders which cover a multitude of customer applications with their 200 bar nominal pressure and 300 bar static test pressure.
With their simple robust design and by dispensing with end-position damping they are a cost-effective alternative to other series. Lengths of stroke up to 3,000 mm can be produced to meet your requirements.
The piston rods are made from 20MnV6 material and are precision hard chrome plated with 20 +/-5 μ. Stroke velocities of up to 0.5 m/s can be attained, depending on the seal. The end of the piston rod is fi tted with an
external thread as standard and can be equipped with articulated lugs, swivelling lugs or a clevis. To optimally adapt the 2000 series to the individual application, Glyd ring or grooved ring seals can be selected. Compact seals and Glyd rings are used as the standard piston seal. With the 2001 design we offer a very short cylinder type with welded pivot heads. The pivot bearings conform to DIN 648.
