Our vertical turret turning, drilling and milling centre is an all-rounder. It handles 4 NC axes and maximum dimensions of 1200 mm in diameter, a turning height of 1000 mm and a pallet diameter of 1000 mm. Maximum item weight is 2.5 tonnes. The machining sequence is controlled by a process control computer. The vertical turret lathe is equipped with an integrated pallet pool for setting up in parallel with production time. 12 pallets are linked to our Scharmann machining centre. The workpiece measuring system does its job of checking the dimensions of components to make sure they conform to drawings.
