Accurately adapted to the particular function, fluid, cycle rate and environmental influences, our technology elite provides special types of seal to ensure high pressures, high velocities or short load changes, and special fixed or adjustable end position damping and very small tolerances in order to implement the ideal damping characteristic and perfect design for your hydraulic cylinder.

Piston rod coatings in any finish (chrome plated, double chrome plated, chrome-nickel plated, ceramic coated, plasma nitrided, Tenifer treated, stainless steel hard chrome plated or inductively hardened and hard chrome plated) are used depending on the particular application. Valve controls are integrated into Neuson Hydrotec cylinders or flanged to the hydraulic cylinder in the form of a valve block.
Special piping is provided, and especially position sensing systems or external evaluation electronics with analogue, SSI or start/stop interfaces and optimally developed controls.
