With a well thought-through building-block system, we provide high accuracy in the actual press operation, optimal integration of conveying the parts and the implementation of customer-specific special functions.

With years of experience in building hydraulic presses, we can provide a rapid planning and engineering phase, and, by means of 3D CAD software, full integration in implementing new customer-specific system solutions. This way, a digital plant model determined from customer requirements becomes the linchpin of our project.

Application-specific plant models of your

press and the peripherals facilitate the connection to the already tested modules of our building-block system. Brand-name products from our parent companies and the high level of user knowledge enable our application technicians to use components consistently to the current state of technology. Press speed, press force and workpiece data are available in a database. (PC-Systems)Using servo valve technology, complex control schemes are implemented. In this, our modern hydraulic drive systems and the controlled hydraulic drive axes with displacement-measuring systems and sensor technology are used in many cases.

Accurate sensors guarantee a 100% economical control of work and processes and ensure that icreasing requirements for product quality and the highest productivity underlie the design of our presses. Reliable assembly and commissioning of complete turn-key installations or parts of installations are aimed at economical production and finishing. Complying with the various requirements and manufacturing standards, we guarantee repeatability accuracy of ram positions of ±0.01 mm. This enables you to press even complex parts with high precision requirements. energy-efficient performance meets the exact requirements of the customer. In respect of overall projects, we take care of the safety technology and undertake CE conformity and type examination (TÜV) for our press systems. Our experienced mechatronics specialists are expert in storage programmable controls, undertake the design of graphical optimised interfaces and install software updates over remote maintenance.

Programming techniques provide intuitive operator interfaces to make your whole plant or part-plant simple to operate and control. The requirements of our customers are implemented, with no compromises, with Siemens control systems (ASI bus, Profibus, Profinet), with a range of safety controls from Pilz (Safety BUS P) and controls from other suppliers based on B&R, Omron and Unitronic.
