Series 2500 hydraulic cylinders are available for bundled linear force at 250 bar nominal pressure and 375 bar test pressure in a wide range of sizes, up to a piston diameter of 320 mm. For our longstanding customers differential or synchronising cylinder designs are available. With the standardised dimensional  variations according to DIN 24333, ISO 6022 and CETOP RP 73H they cover a multitude of industrial applications. Well-conceived sealing systems such as Glyd ring, grooved-ring, compact or collar packing seals are ideally suited to the precision hard chrome plated 20+/-5μ piston rods, made from 20MnV6 material, and guarantee reliability. Depending on the sealing package and viscosity range, stroke velocities from 0 to a maximum of 1 m/s are possible. With regard to the extending and retracting action, these cylinders are
available in different damping versions.
Cylinder bases can be fl ange-mounted or welded. The functional 2500 hydraulic cylinders permit the use of mineral pressure fluids according to DIN 51524 and DIN 51525 at ambient temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. Six different mounting versions make selection easier for the customer. Series 2500 cylinders offer an excellent
