Custom valve manifolds
Neuson Hydrotec custom blocks are planned in state-of-the-art 3-D by our experienced engineers. When we are performing development work the main focus is on factors such as perfect functionality, safety and compactness for your application. Neuson control blocks, ready fitted with valves if required, are conscientiously inspected on test stands and are available from us in all materials, in sizes up to 1200 x 600 x 600 mm and with block weights up to 2000 kg.
Neuson's modular assembly block system
Standardised to the greatest extent possible and presented in a modular unitised configuration, these control block systems, which are less expensive for assembly, are specially developed for industrial applications. Supplied in zinc plated A3C quality, our "modular blocks" achieve a useful cost saving of up to 40% in relation to conventional block piping systems. Blocks and plates already fitted with valves are swiftly installed by experienced plant construction fitters.
