Twelve standardised sizes of oil tanks can be adapted with different motor pump units. They are based on a construction kit and applicable in a lot of applications. A selection of reliable Single- or Twin pumps, outer or internal gear pumps or exactly controllable axial piston pumps with or without thru drive and a lot of controller types are characteristical options for our powerful and economic standard power units.

On standardised ground plates or specific manifolds, very cost effective and compact proportional, pressure-, flow- and directional valves could be integrated or fasten build set up in sandwich type. The modular design system with the additional controls, hydraulic accumulators and cooler system units helps you to form your Neuson aggregate unit to a long resistant tool for your assure success. High quality assessories standing for safety and a clean hydraulic system. NAS class 8 can be produced. Delivery volume could be easy to adjusted and controlled.

"Reliable functionality "

Neuson small power units are available in seven standardised oil tank sizes and different designs in materials like aluminium- or steel. A long standing modular construction system, the application of gear pump combinations, and the use of harmonised components from the Neuson standard part catalogue are the basic elements for our hydraulic power unit solutions. Pumps are mostly installed in oil tanks and in combination with electric motors ( IP. 55) they a very quiet and compact drive unit. High quality components are the reason for an efficient and long product life cycle of our hydraulic power units. On functional and low cheap CETOP-single and multi installation plates sandwichvalves or with directional valves can be easily installed. There is also the option to integrate Srew In cadridge in specific hydraulic valve manifolds. We manufacture our hydraulic aggregates in a specific assembly line. Our Neuson Power units getting precise installed and exactly tested. Additional safety components like accumulators, safety valves, or for extrem applications used ATEX-valve are used in tricky applications.

Unsere Kompaktaggregate basieren auf einem einfachen Baukastenprinzip. Ihre modulare Bauweise ermöglicht eine flexible und schnelle Montage der Grundeinheit mit zahllosen Kombinationsmöglichkeiten. Neuson Kompaktaggregate können gezielt an Ihre Bedürfnisse und Anforderungen angepasst bzw. dafür ausgelegt werden. Leistungen und Einsatzmöglichkeiten dieser Qualitätsprodukte sind nahezu unbegrenzt und werden optimal an Kunden- und Rahmen-bedingungen angepasst. Nach Erfordernissen des Aggregates werden wirtschaftliche Regel- oder Stellkreise, für offene und geschlossene Kreisläufe, mit eigenem Taktprofil und frei programmierbarer Elektronik realisiert.
