Metal Technician – Machining Technology Lathe Operator (m/f/d)

• Setting up and operating CNC turning machines
  (WFL Millturn complete machining centers)
• Production of turned parts incl. driven milling tools
  (series and individual parts)
• Carrying out set-up and adjustment work including tool changes and minor machine maintenance
• Independent processing of orders
• Independent reading of drawings
• Monitoring of all process steps in the production process
• Ongoing quality checks, carrying out measurement activities and documentation
• Troubleshooting and independent corrective measures on the component
• Implementation of simple program corrections
